PERSONAL DATA / PRIVACY POLICY

By using our website and/or services, users acknowledge that they have understood and unreservedly accepted the Privacy Policy detailed below.

Privacy Policy – Scope of application
The Privacy Policy covers the policy applied to the collection and use of users’ personal data (the ‘Personal Data’) when browsing on our website or using our services (registration for events, filling in forms, etc.).

The Privacy Policy details the origins and types of Personal Data we collect, why they are collected, how we use them, and the rights users have with respect to this data pursuant to the French Data Protection Act (Amended Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the ‘Loi Informatique et Liberté’) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (‘GDPR’).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to:

Ensure users have a positive, trustworthy experience when browsing our website and using our services, and provide full and specific answers to users’ questions about the collection and use of their Personal Data.
Each service may include specific provisions regarding Personal Data and privacy: where applicable, these are detailed in special terms of use.

The Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or mobile applications to which users may be redirected when using our website and our two services. Users are invited to consult the privacy policy of all such websites.

In view of the fast-changing nature of web technologies, we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users are therefore invited to check it regularly.

Purpose of processing
Users’ data are collected and processed to inform them (by newsletters) about the trade events we organise and allow them to access our services (in particular, by pre-registering for exhibitions).
